This program provides comprehensive, low-cost, and easily accessible reproductive health care to women and men. Services are provided at reasonable rates based on a sliding fee scale according to each client’s income. Family planning services include, direct, medical services, outreach and referral. Our Ladonia clinic may offer you PHC assistance if you have below a certain family income, are a Texas resident, and are not eligible for other programs that provide the following services. They include diagnosis and treatment services, emergency services, family planning, preventative health services, health education, laboratory, x-ray, nuclear medicine, or other appropriate diagnostic services.

The unborn child of a pregnant woman who is uninsured, does not qualify for Medicaid, and meets certain income eligibility requirements may receive CHIP Perinatal services. These include up to 20 prenatal visits, prescriptions and prenatal vitamins, labor with delivery of child, two visits for the mother after the baby is born and regular check-ups, immunizations and prescriptions for the baby after the baby leaves the hospital.

The Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is designed for families who earn too much money to qualify for Medicaid, yet cannot afford to buy private insurance for their children. CHIP coverage provides eligible children with coverage for a full range of health services including dental, regular checkups, immunizations, prescription drugs, lab tests, X-rays, hospital visits and more.
