Community Health Service Agency, Inc. continues to expand in an effort to meet the growing needs of its communities.  Our stable organization began with a handful of dedicated individuals and now has more than 100 committed employees in Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Nursing, Education, and Administrative support staff.

Our family consists of five medical clinics and one dental; each with the same mission.
We aim to provide community oriented primary health care, including, medical & dental care, education, and social services to the residents of Hunt, Fannin, Kaufman and Collin Counties, with a particular emphasis on those individuals and families that have difficulty accessing health care services because of financial, language, and/or cultural barriers.
